發(fā)電機(jī)的操作

警告：
發(fā)電機(jī)在啟動(dòng)前，請(qǐng)務(wù)必將輸出交流開關(guān)設(shè)在（ＯＦＦ）位置（開關(guān)向下）。否則將損壞發(fā)電機(jī)（不能直接帶負(fù)載啟動(dòng)）
（１） 打開燃油開關(guān)。（在“ＯＮ”位置）
（２） 用手指輕輕拉出風(fēng)門。
（３） 對(duì)于手啟動(dòng)機(jī)型，先慢慢拉動(dòng)反沖啟動(dòng)期直至其嚙合好為止，然后再用力將其拉動(dòng)。
（４） 對(duì)于電啟動(dòng)機(jī)型，調(diào)整啟動(dòng)開關(guān)到ＯＮ運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)（位置）上，旋轉(zhuǎn)啟動(dòng)開關(guān)至ＳＴＡＲＴ（啟動(dòng)）位置10秒鐘；如啟動(dòng)不成功，則間隔十秒鐘后再次啟動(dòng)直至啟動(dòng)成功。
（５） 發(fā)電機(jī)啟動(dòng)成功之后，再用手推回風(fēng)門，寒冷時(shí)，應(yīng)逐漸推回風(fēng)門。
注意：
（１） 新購置的機(jī)組在初次使用時(shí)，需反復(fù)啟動(dòng)2-3次，才能啟動(dòng)成功。
（２） 對(duì)于電啟動(dòng)機(jī)型，如用手啟動(dòng)方式啟動(dòng)時(shí)，應(yīng)將啟動(dòng)鑰匙放在ON位置。
（３） 對(duì)于電啟動(dòng)機(jī)型，每次啟動(dòng)間隔時(shí)間應(yīng)在十秒鐘以上，否則容易造成電池過放電或啟動(dòng)電機(jī)因過熱而損壞。如啟動(dòng)五次不成功，則應(yīng)檢查機(jī)組是否有故障。
2．發(fā)電機(jī)的輸出（帶負(fù)載）
（1）發(fā)電機(jī)在常溫啟動(dòng)后，需要運(yùn)行1-2分鐘預(yù)熱運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，寒冷時(shí)，需加長(zhǎng)預(yù)熱運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間至3-5分鐘。如啟動(dòng)后馬上帶負(fù)載，可能會(huì)造成發(fā)電機(jī)突然停機(jī)。
（2）如接負(fù)載應(yīng)在發(fā)電機(jī)啟動(dòng)之前就將負(fù)載正確的接至發(fā)電機(jī)輸出端子上。等預(yù)熱后，再將輸出開關(guān)合上。
警告：
（１） 發(fā)電機(jī)不能超載運(yùn)行，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間帶載運(yùn)行不應(yīng)超過額定功率的80%。
（２） 對(duì)于三相機(jī)型來說，三項(xiàng)負(fù)載應(yīng)平衡，每相差值不超過30%，否則發(fā)電機(jī)容易損壞。
（３） 連接發(fā)電機(jī)和負(fù)載之間的電纜線徑應(yīng)該符合國家相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范（1mm2/4A）。
（４） 為避免人身傷亡事故，須由專業(yè)技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行操作。
（５） 發(fā)電機(jī)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)需有專人維護(hù)，定期觀察發(fā)電機(jī)電壓和電流。如有異?，F(xiàn)象，請(qǐng)立即停機(jī)檢查。

（６） 發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中，排氣管會(huì)很熱，絕對(duì)不能觸摸，否則可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重燙傷。

(2)fortheelectricstartingtype，suchasstartingwiththemanualstartingmode，thestartingkeyshouldbeplacedintheONposition.
(3)fortheelectricstartingmachine，thetimeofeachstartintervalshouldbemorethantenseconds，otherwisethebatteryoverdischargeorthestartingmotorwillbedamagedbyoverheating.Ifthefivefailedstart，checkwhethertheunitisdefective.
2.theoutputofthegenerator(withload)
(1)whenthegeneratorstartsatnormaltemperature，itneedstorunfor1-2minutestowarmup.Whenitiscold，itneedstolengthenthewarm-uptimeto3-5minutes.Iftheloadisstartedimmediatelyafterstarting，itmaycausethegeneratortostopsuddenly.
(2)iftheloadshouldbeproperlyconnectedtothegeneratoroutputterminalbeforethegeneratorstarts.Afterthepreheating，theoutputswitchisclosed.
Notice：
(1)thegeneratorshouldnotbeoverloaded，anditshouldnotexceed80%ofratedpowerforalongtime.
(2)forthree-phasemodels，threeloadsshouldbebalanced，withadifferenceofnotmorethan30%，otherwisethegeneratorwillbeeasilydamaged.
(3)thecablediameterbetweenthegeneratorandtheloadshouldconformtotherelevantnationaltechnicalspecification(1mm2/4A).
(4)inordertoavoidcasualties，itisnecessaryforprofessionalandtechnicalpersonneltooperate.
(5)thegeneratorneedstobespeciallymaintainedduringitsoperation，andthegeneratorvoltageandcurrentshouldbeobservedperiodically.Ifthereisanabnormalphenomenon，pleasestopandcheckimmediately.
(6)duringtheoperationofthegenerator，theexhaustpipewillbeveryhotandmustnotbetouched，otherwiseitmaycauseseriousburns.
