德國LIP閥門產(chǎn)進(jìn)口微量調(diào)節(jié)針型閥產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)形式為外螺紋連接，所以也叫外螺紋針型調(diào)節(jié)閥。
進(jìn)口微量調(diào)節(jié)針型閥品種之多，型號(hào)有A21W，A24W等。針型閥具有安裝拆卸方便、連接緊固、有利于防火、防爆和耐壓能力高、密封性能良好等特點(diǎn)，廣泛使用于化工、電力、液壓機(jī)械、石油天然氣等行業(yè)。進(jìn)口微量調(diào)節(jié)針型閥相比其他閥門更加的耐壓調(diào)節(jié)性能好，所以一般用于較小流量，較高壓力的氣體或者液體介質(zhì)的調(diào)節(jié).針型閥與壓力表配合使用是合適的了.一般的針型閥形都做成螺紋連接及卡套連接形式。

進(jìn)口高壓針型閥安裝注意事頂:閥門安裝前必須進(jìn)行外觀檢查，閥門的銘牌應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《通用閥門標(biāo)志》GB12220的規(guī)定。對于工作壓力大于1.0MPa及在主干管上起到調(diào)節(jié)作用的閥門，安裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度和嚴(yán)密性能試驗(yàn)，合格后方準(zhǔn)使用。強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)時(shí)，試驗(yàn)壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍，持續(xù)時(shí)間不少于5min，閥門殼體、填料應(yīng)無滲漏為合格。嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)時(shí)，試驗(yàn)壓力為公稱壓力的1.1倍；試驗(yàn)持續(xù)的時(shí)間符合GB50243的要求。
