陰離子交換設(shè)備工作原理
Using ion exchange method, can make the water in ion cation, anion removal, with sodium chloride ( NaCl ) represents the water quality in salt of inorganic salts, basic can be reacted with the following formula:
1、陽離子交換樹脂：R—H+Na+ R—Na+H+2、陰離子交換樹脂：R—OH+Cl- R—Cl+OH-
  陽、陰離子交換樹脂總的反應(yīng)式即可寫成：RH+ROH+NaCl——RNa+RCL+H2O
From this may see, NaCl in water have been separately resin H+ and OH- replaced, and the reaction product is H2O, it reached the removal of salt effect.
離子交換樹脂的保護(hù)
  到由于樹脂在運(yùn)行中，對(duì)進(jìn)水的水質(zhì)有著一定的要求，如：水中的有機(jī)物、重金屬、余氯等，會(huì)影響樹脂的使用性能，甚至造成樹脂的直接壞死；因此在使用離子交換系統(tǒng)時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)進(jìn)水進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的預(yù)處理。
常見有：砂濾→碳濾→離子交換系統(tǒng)
為了提升離子交換樹脂的使用性能，提高終端出水的水質(zhì)，得到更高純度的水，因此在使用離子交換系統(tǒng)時(shí)，在有預(yù)處理（砂、碳）的前提下，又對(duì)水進(jìn)行高一層的保護(hù)（如反滲透、復(fù)合床等）最終經(jīng)過深度處理的離子交換系統(tǒng)，而得到高純度的水。
