配置說明
l 機器采用飛達自動送紙免保養(yǎng)無油真空泵。
l 送紙系統(tǒng)裝有光電控制的缺紙、斷紙及紙張重疊等自動停機保護裝置。
l 輸送臺配備的抽風(fēng)機、側(cè)拉規(guī)及前規(guī)等裝置使紙張更加平穩(wěn)，送紙精度等到有效提高。
l 整機自動化作業(yè)均由可編程PLC系統(tǒng)控制。觸屏操作，簡單方便。
l 行星減速機配伺服電機，使紙張間前后疊加部分可調(diào)，保證重合度一致。
l 采用浸入式涂布，操作方便，使涂布更加均勻并節(jié)省膠水。
l 自動供膠系統(tǒng)自動供給及回收覆膜用膠水。
l 薄膜分切刀可切割薄膜寬幅，使其正好適合紙張寬度。
l 薄膜打孔刀可在薄膜邊緣打孔，以順利實現(xiàn)自動分切。
l 紅外干燥燈讓客戶在潮濕環(huán)境下也可順利作業(yè)
l 放料采用升降裝置，省工省力。
l 放卷采用氣脹軸，收放卷，張力采用磁粉離合器裝置。
