一、概述Introduction

本裝置系用于SF6氣體絕緣電氣設(shè)備的制造、使用及科研部門從SF6設(shè)備中回收，凈化SF6氣體，并有抽真空及充氣能力的專用設(shè)備。This
 is  a special purpose
device， which can
be used to reclaim and purify  sf6 gas from the
sf6 gas insulated electric equipment by persons who
manufacture，user
or research into the equipment。This device also has the functions
of vacuum-pumping and  gas
filling。






二、功能Function

1、該設(shè)備能對(duì)SF6電器開關(guān)抽真空并測(cè)定真空度。

2、能對(duì)SF6電器開關(guān)充入SF6氣體。
